This package begins 6 weeks prior to the event and includes on-the-day coordination, logistics management, and up to two guidance meetings to support your planning process and ensure everything is aligned and prepared.

Comprehensive, all-inclusive coordination
A full coordination service for clients seeking structured, hands-on support throughout the entire planning journey.
This package includes comprehensive coordination from start to finish, covering planning, supplier coordination, timelines, logistics, and event-day management — allowing you to enjoy the process with clarity, calm, and confidence.
The Luxe Package
Full planning for elevated, large-scale events
A bespoke, full-service planning experience for larger or more complex events requiring an expanded scope of support.
This package includes complete event planning and coordination and is ideal for celebrations that involve multiple days, pre- and post-event gatherings, or larger guest counts. Every detail is thoughtfully planned and seamlessly executed.
